Private Enterprise Takeovers Of Listed Companies

The constitution have been amended on the 10th National Committee of the People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC) this year, and added it in the constitution that protect the separate property, develop the non-public-owned economic. Thereby, the exterior environment of private enterprises' development has been ameliorated. However, there still are lots of barriers on the road of private enterprises' development. Among those obstacles, financing of private enterprises is in dire need to be overcame. The biggest one of the problems we are facing with is that how to financing for those bigger scale private enterprises based on the situation of our country.This thesis reviewed the history of private enterprises' development at the first, and then discussed about how to select the financing method, evaluate the value of the listing company, merger and acquisition(M&A). and the reform of listing company after purchased. The innovation of this thesis is that how to estimate the value of listing company by the factor analysis. At the end of this paper, I made a conclusion that the private enterprises would play more important roles in our socialism economy, if only the exterior environment of them can be improved.
