Strategic Management is resulted from management practices, as one major branch of contemporary management science. It absorbs more and more from both academy and enterprises reality. Panda Group also pays a lot of attention to enterprise strategic management research.Panda Group is one of the oldest electronics enterprises in our country, it has a wide product range from home appliances, telecom products to IT products. Panda Group is listed number 8 in 2002 among all Chinese enterprises in Electronics Industry and has strong competence in R&D, manufacturing and integrated management.In this paper the development strategy of telecom industry for Panda Communication Group is described. In Chapter One, the theory of strategy management and indicates the category and methods of this paper are described. A comprehensive analysis of the competition environment of mobile terminal industry in China is made from different angles in Chapter Two. The internal environment of Panda Communication Group and its strength and weakness is mainly analyzed in Chapter Three. The internal and external environment is further analyzed according to the strategic factor analysis theory in Chapter Four. In Chapter Five, the strategy in line with the development of Panda Communication Group is derived.
