The target of the market's challenge is how to produce superior product for customer. If customer don't need the product ,the manufactory wouldn't pursuit of profit. So to let the customer feel satisfied is very important for manufacturer. The derection of manufacturer's work is to change from the according quality to the practical quality and from letting the customer feel satisfied to letting the customer feel pleasantly surprised.The investigation of customer the satisfactions is quite important because we can know the customer's need and expection of product and the customer complains for our quality of product and service. The analysis is quite important for the future foton's development.
