Therefore, setting an appropriate price level after thorough evaluation of the housing industry has practical significance enlarging the consumption power of people and prohibiting inflation.In order to promote the reform of national house system, adjusting the consuming construction, prohibiting the inflation, adjusting the national industry construction and estimating the rational marketable house price are the prime problem nowadays. This article based on the marketable houses' price theory of the town explores the situations of marketable houses' price in our country, which focuses the trend and ration of the price.Five parts are in the thesis.
