Contract Law In The E-procurement Platform To Run Applications

E-procurement means the transaction of material, equipment and other stuff by taking advantage of a electronic contract between buyer and seller. E-platform means the system based on designed process and legal documentations and operated for the e-procurement or promotion by using the intro or Internet. In the course of a e-Procurement, combined by bidding, contracts and logistics etc. According to the stipulation in the Contract Law of PRC, a contract is an agreement with content to establish, change and to terminate a legal relationship between civilian, legal entities and other organizations. Contracts are the bases and protection for a transaction. An e-contract means the agreement between people by using of Electronic Data Interchange or e-mail.This thesis focus on the 6 subjects as follow:1.General Introduction of e-Procurement, introducing the functions and profile of the process, and the current application of such system in different industry domestically and globally.2. Basic Definition, by introducing some basic definition such as e-contract, portal, e-agent, etc.3. Solutions, in which author provide solutions and constructive opinions on a real case basis he participated. This part also provides practical suggestions, for managerial level as well.By establishing the e-commerce-related legal system, we could form a standardized environment for e-commerce application. So can we urge and guide entities to participate the cyber transaction to improve to a high competence, high efficiency with lower cost and achieve a high speed stable development of the national economy in the 21st century.As concluded in final part, the author considers, the potential and advantage of the e-procurement will certainly make it spread out over in a higher speed and play more important role in e-commerce. By establishing the e-commerce-related legal system, we could form a standardized environment for e-commerce application. So can we urge and guide entities to participate the cyber transaction to improve to a high competence, high efficiency with lower cost and achieve a high speed stable development of the national economy in the 21st century.
