Anti-dumping Dispute Settlement

And the author demonstrates the bodies, ranges, standards of judicial reviews of the United States and EU from legislation and judicial practice. And explains the body, the range, the standard of Chinese judicial review. International settlement is mainly on DSB, and DSB practices the agreement on anti-dumping on the basis of DSU, especially the range and standard of review. The standard of review is related to parties' interests, and the author uses the same way as governing national laws to state DSB. In the author's opinion, the present dispute settlement on anti-dumping is not very effective, and the author puts forward good suggestion and measures.
