Chongqing City, Listed Companies Performance And Structural Adjustment

As the major part of capital market in our state, the listed companies play the more and more important role at the national economy. In this dissertation, applying quantitative analysis and determining analysis, I make a systematic study on the economic results about the listed companies of Chongqing,and give some advises about them how to bring to even more play on the economic development of Chongqing. Five chapters are included except the preface and summarise.Chapter One analyse the market behaviour of the listed companies and define the concept on economic results of the listed companies,and explain their connections.Chapter Two analyse the essential factor of economic results of the listed companies and establish the model of analysis of economic results.Chapter Three is the difficulty in the dissertation.In this chapter,! use the theories in the ahead two chapters to make a systematic study on the economic results about the major listed companies of Chongqing.Chapter Four analyse the reasons on causing the present situation of the listed companies of Chongqing on the basis of the chapter three,and point out the influense on them after Chongqing's joining "WTO".Chapter Five is the emphasis in the dissertation.Combining the developing trend of the listed companies and the route of the industrial transfer of the listed companies,! give some advises about how to improve the economic results and the industrial structure of the listedcompanies of Chongqing.
