This paper begins with the history of BSH and its original company. The strategy in the international management of BSH as an international company is deliberated. It is studied emphatically on the investigation, analysis, principle and motivation of carrying out transnational investment in China. BSH invested and ran a jointly owned enterprise in China, the successful landing made it expand its business rapidly in Chinese market. As a middle sized manufacturing company, BSH is a reasonably typical example with strategic significance of its landing and management in China, whose transnational investment process is deserved to be analyzed and learned.When enterprises develop to a certain stage, national boundaries will be unable to restrict the limit of their management. Transnational management is an important link during the development of a company, and must be enriched during the continual conclusion and study. From point of view, on both strategic decision and implementation and strategic evaluation, BSH gives us an integrated material for further research. As a whole, the dissertation discusses the core competitive ability of BSH from different levels and various angles, and expects to provide some helpful advice on multi-national operation practice to Chinese enterprises.
