Under home and abroad circumstances of economic globalization and china's join in WTO sooner or later, besides of above background, the emphasis of strategy has shifted from home market to abroad market in our motorcycle enterprises. It seems to be credible that mindlessness and no long-term plan have existed in our enterprises when they develop oversea market because of less experience of international management. From this angle, this article has fully analyzed the theory of international management (especially, value chain theory, competition strategy theory), and built up the common model which is appropriate to our enterprises' international management according to the conditions of motorcycle enterprises, motorcycle technology, motorcycle market in home and aboard. On this basis, a positive analysis on my company, Loncin has additionally been provided.
