| Before discussing the relationship between enterprise mission and strategic target, this paper has described the concept and characteristic of enterprise develop stratagy by using the theory of EDS. And a lot of data to analyze the actuality and trend of wheel-loader industry is showed. We estimate the environment of wheel-loader industry with Border model and PEST in detail. Then according to the actual condition in Guangxi Liugong Machinery Go. Ltd. (LMC), we research the developing stratagy of LMC with several analysis methods such as SWOT and value chain model. Long-term general stratagy and strategic guide of LMC is given also. Finally, we develop a strategic plan of LMC for next five years and state five implementation methods. |
