On The Construction Of Legal System Of Social Insurance

In a sense ,social insurance system is the legal system for social insurance .The research analyses the history of the social insurance system, the theory of social insurance , the different social policies and social insurance models in terms of societal structures .From the research and analysis in the article , we know our country should note and learn from the experiences of other countries .Based on our current situations we should establish the legal system for social insurance with distinct Chinese characters .The study is organized in introduction, conclusion and four parts.The first part : A historical review of the social insurance system . From the history review of the social insurance system, we try to find the developing road andThe second part: To research the theory of the social insurance as a kind of system arrangement is very important in establishing our legal system for social insurance.The third part: Analysis of different social insurance models in different country. Because a lot of factors contribute the development of social insurance arrangements, the social insurance model is different in many countries. We should note and learn from the experiences of these countries.The forth part: Thinking about our legal system for social insurance .Through the study ,we know we should build the legal system for social insurance with distinct Chinese characters. And some legal suggestions are put forward in this part.
