Quality management of software corporation is closely linked to software process. Only based on normative and reason software process and also using some tools and taking measures to practice can produce the software pleased with clients in the limit of time and cost.Now the most famous theory of improving on the software process is the Capability Maturity Model put forward by Software Engineering Institute in America, which defines a series of Key Process Area including process to get standing development. However, because of lacking methods in practice CMM is cost more to practice in most of the software corporation.Extreme Programme uses the best methods to solve problems finding in software process, which hope to get high quality without multifarious processes. But because of its agility, its high requirement to software workers XP could not become the software process improving method to use far and wide.However we can use its practice method in the mass of the software corporation to help to improve corporation management. In fact , a whole of project management also need to define software exploration method and cycle model, which can't be done by CMM.We and staffers and manager of Dan Soft form a question for discussion group to research these advanced process improvement theory and method and to think about real information of home software corporation and to seeing about the real information of Dan Soft. Then we define criterions including a series of software practice process and method and tools, which are also fit most of home software corporation to application software exploration and fit them to improve their software exploration engineering management before passing evaluation of CMM.The criterions we defined using a series normative process and document to engineer software exploration, which include 'Project ManagementCriterion', 'Configuration Management Criterion', 'Software Test Criterion ', 'Document Writing Criterion', 'Software Exploration and Maintenance Criterion' ,'Software Life Cycle Guide ',etc. 'Project Management Criterion' defines area and principle of software research management, which is practiced to manage the people, technology, resources, software, process and so on to improve efficiency and to ensure quality and increase income. 'Configuration Management Criterion' is practiced to control the whole resources of the project. ' Software Test Criterion ' define the tools, process and duty for software system test . 'Document Writing Criterion' offer many document model meet with state document writing Criterion, 'Software Exploration and Maintenance Criterion' includes process and measures and tools used in software exploration ,'Software Life Cycle Guide 'makes type software process to software process model to make good choose for anon.We practices these Criterions on Dan Soft. First ,we hold training on based theory of software process management for staffs and managers of the corporation .Next, we trains these people on these Criterions .Then ,We practice Configuration Management to control the whole resources of company.
