Study Of The Legal Issues Of The Bot Contract

Nowadays a lot of legal questions of BOT contracts are the hot topics discussed in the academic circles. However the legal application of BOT contracts, which is very important in the performance of BOT contracts, is lack of systematic exposition. One reason is that BOT contracts are very complicate. The other one is that there is no final conclusion about the nature of BOT basic contracts till now and there are no special laws and regulations about the BOT project. The present laws can't meet the demands in the legal adjustment of BOT project. Therefore, on the basis of the analysis of the legal nature of BOT contracts, this paper studies the legal application of BOT contracts and composes the system of rules on it, thus to establish and improve the legal system of BOT project and promote the its development in the judicial practice.
