Less Developed Areas Of Highway Construction And Development

The highway construction and development problem in under-development district is the foundation problem of the development of the district in the Midwest part of China, but scale and the layout of highway network are the most important. This paper starts from the communications and transportation to the influence analysis that area position of district economy activity in under-development district, basic model of area development is analyzed in under-development district of West part of China, and the effect to the development in area of the construction development of highway. Has studied change features such as under-development district " property of many stages " of the district highway construction development scope, feature of catastrophe and the elasticity attenuation with the economic development etc , and the reasonable scope model -- network knot-point model is determined out.Analyzing the construction of the highway network development that under-development district is owed basically requirement and the layout principle, and puts forward the highway network layout model suiting the insufficient advanced district, and has established the evaluation of the layout scheme quota system to evaluate the quality of scheme. Finally combining the highway construction and development in the South of Xinjiang Autonomous Region has gone on the example application.
