Electronic commerce application has been brining many opportunities and much challenge to the development of enterprises. In this article a method of electronic commerce, namely industry federation electronic trade, is put forward, and then its content, modeling and key technologies are discussed. As for the hydraulics, pneumatics and seal industry, an industry electronic trade system guided by this method is partly realized at last.Based on the description and discussion of the development of electronic commerce, database development, modeling technology of information system and key technologies, the theory study of industry federation electronic trade is conducted, and the basic frame of the industry federation electronic trade is given. As for the managing sub-system and trade sub-system of the industry federation electronic trade in the hydraulics, pneumatics and seal industry, their system analysis and design, system modeling and function realization are separately carried out.The main work can be concluded as follows:1. After considering the electronic commerce between industry enterprises in China, a method of electronic commerce, namely industry federation electronic trade, is put forward; modeling and describing of industry federation electronic trade are carried out in the aspects of organization construct, network construct, trade pattern.2. As for the managing sub-system of industry federation electronic trade, the work of managing modeling, data modeling, database design and system realization is conducted and the product data model for the hydraulics, pneumatics and seal industry is setup.3. As for the trade sub-system of industry federation electronic trade, the design and realization of trade flow centering on the demand side are conducted, the security of electronic trade on Internet is discussed, and a SSL secure website of the electronic trade is constructed to secure the network data transfer.4. In the aspect of the bill data interchange in the Internet, an electronic bill software using PDF file format is developed to satisfy the network transfer and managing of important bill for electronic trade.At last, a summary of this thesis is given, and further research interests are also prospected.
