Chinese Listed Companies In The Implementation Of Stock Option Plans

Since twenty and thirty years ago, the stock option has already been developed as a kind of outstanding financial derivative, especially when it is applied in enterprises as one of their important long-term incentive measures, it has attached most importance by more and more people. "Stock option plan" has been popularized to more enterprises of many counties in the world, and become effective measures to encourage or to restrict his stuff in the enterprises.Which seems more urgent to enterprises of our country, especially to the state-owned enterprises, fthe shortage of incentive measures to the senior executive, technology and business backbones. This has seriously hindered innovation and development of the stock enterprises, and it will make against the enterprise to participate in the international competition after our entering WTO.To this question, this paper introduces the practical experience in implementing the stock option plan of inside and outside enterprises briefly after stating relevant concept and encourage principle concretely, And on the basis of it, this paper makes the preliminary design about how to implement this plan in our stock enterprises, Especially, this paper explains the personal view about the strike price of stock option, and brings forward a new and systemically method about how to estimate business performance that closely related with the stock option plan. Maybe it will offer some reference to the stale-owned enterprises in our country.
