| With reviewing the background of the subject, the basic concepts and meanings of study of personal resources tactics, the paper analyzes and predicts the trend of development of person resource in Liuzhou Minicar Factory (Wuling). As the result the optimizing personal resource tactic based on the team work of developing independently of a complete Minicar is addressed, and its countermeasure is discussed too. |
