Investment Project Decision-making Research

Applying systems theory, system engineering methodology, management science and other theories and methodologies, this dissertation study the system of the decision-making of an investment project. First, combining with the characteristics of the decision-making of the investment project and on the basis of the five elements of a system - function, composition, structure, operation and environment, this dissertation analyzes systematically the system of the decision-making of the investment project. Secondly, this dissertation expatiate the thinking system of the decision-making of the investment project and gives out the three dimension structure - logic dimension, time dimension and knowledge dimension. Finally, this dissertation explores applicable steps, procedure, methodologies and techniques in the decision-making of the investment project. The aim of this dissertation is to provide decision-makers and consultants theoretic support in the scientific and normative decision-making of the investment project.
