| On Oct. 2002, the six restructured aviation companies of China have been formally set up. Now, the restructured aviation companies have to face with many difficulties before them: The hardship of separating government functions from enterprise management, debts accumulated before, concrete projects for future regrouping. Meanwhile, the management layer of company is also troubled by many hard problems, which include: the mechanism of inner management, the price of ticket, the quality of service, etc. Not only are they trying to turn the corner and overcoming the difficulties, but the aviation companies of China are managing to better management and heighten their international position. To realize these plans, the key is separating government functions thoroughly from enterprise management, optimizing management inside company, carrying out effective distribution of resources, improving awareness of service, attracting foreign capital joinning, adopting low cost strategic model. |
