| Along with the development of information and network technology, enterprise informationization is necessary now. Enterprise informationization is a kind of process which improves economic benefit and competitive ability of the enterprise through enhancing the inner and exterior cooperative capacity and the efficiency and level of manufacturing, operating, managing and decision-making of the enterprise that makes use of computer, network and other technologies to more exploit and utilize information resource. Integrated, systematic, standard and innovative idea is embodied in the informationization process.In fact enterprise informationization is a kind of combination of organization structure, working flow and IT of the enterprise, which includes basic data management, working flow management, purchasing, sales, human resource, finance and other operating management, even strategic management with a higher level in terms of management. But in terms of technology, enterprise informationization should take into account of the application of great database, C/S structure and semi- finished software product. Actually the software system ought to have two features, of which one is that the system should satisfy operation in existence of the enterprise and the other is that it should bring advanced management idea and can be applied to the operation in the future. All software systems that can fulfill the requirements above are good. But now the providers, who aren't clear of management model adjustment and working flow improvement in the future provides the software that is not suitable for the operation and working flow of the enterprise in existence.So enterprise Information System Planning (ISP) should be studied especially as an important phase of setting up enterprise information system. ISP systemically studies the application of IT to achieveoperation benefit object of the enterprise, so the enterprise should strategically and deeply consider current operation and developing direction of the organization structure, working flow and data of itself. In the course of ISP, it is necessary but easily neglected to plan the project thoroughly, research and describe the situation of enterprise, diagnose management and make sure the level of management ability. On the other hand, advanced management model and strict regulations are crucial to set up IS. Without them the situation will be worse after enterprise informationization, so it's very important to redesign better management model, consummate the regulations and unify the form of all data including original bills and gathered report forms, which will use the method of enterprise modeling. This thesis emphasizes particularly on implementing process and method of ISP, and hopes to prove its importance to enterprise informationization.This thesis consists of preface, text and tag. The preface illustrates the necessity of enterprise informationization and its basic aspect, and significant meaning of ISP. The straight matter includes four chapters. The first chapter address the effect, administrative levels, primary approach and essential principle of enterprise informationization, and proves that it is very important to the management of enterprise. Following that the chapter discusses the content of ISP and points out that ISP is one significant phase of enterprise informationization and crucial to settle the problems of enterprise informationization projects. The second chapter presents the implementing process of ISP in detail, in which No.1 is planning of the informationization project, No.2 is researching and describing of administration of the enterprise at present, No.3 is diagnosis of administration, No.4 is making sure concrete requirements and setting up new management model according to the requirements which take bothmacro-management level and micro-management operation into account.
