With the continuous development of productive forces and the unceasing progress of science and technology, all kinds of new products are extended steadily to the market. When customers have more chances, they would choose the products that could meet their needs effectively, which raises higher requirements to the development of new products. The competition of the new products' development includes not only the adoption of new technology, but also the marketing management in order to face the sharper market competition and meet the customers' needs. Through the marketing management of the new products process, the enterprises could make use of own resources and develop new products pointedly to meet the aimed customers' needs and achieve the commercialization of the new products.Before I did my marketing work, I had found some products could be easily selled with little effort to do marketing, on the contrary, some others are very difficult to do so, which made me puzzled. So on the basis of experiences in the Yunhai company Co,. Ltd from its market research, I decided to focus my eyes on it as my topic, which the effectiveness of new products should be promoted with the scientific marketing management both in thought and methods, and express my opinion about it.Electronic trade is one very important trade in china. On the surrounding of sharper marker competition, many companies in the electronic trade explore actively their new products process to keep the advantages and face the fierce competition. However when carrying on the strategy, though owning mature technical advantage and outstanding technician, they don't know what product should be created for not knowing the real needs of their customers. Some put forwards newproducts without enough preparation which result the fails.This article takes the new products process of the Yunhai company Co,. Ltd as an example, analyses the marketing management of new product process with detailed material and finds the problems and puts forward the resolution of the problem. We get the result that the customer-guided marketing analysis and market survey, which the scientific marketing management be used, are the keys of the marketing management of the new product process and also getting its validity. I hope this article could give some suggestions to other enterprises.This article is classified by three parts: The First part is the introduction about the present new product process in china, the second is the new product process of the Yuhai company Co,. Ltd, the third is the marketing management of the new product process. It is stated that the effectiveness of new products could be promoted with using the scientific marketing management through the case-analysis method based on the new product process of the Yunhai company Co,. Ltd, following its sequence. In this article the marketing analysis and the form-analysis are used to analyze and solve some problems .We hope it can provide a easy-operated method to the new product process for some corporations by sharing some experience, which we get it in the way that we find some important problems out and study some method to solve it.
