The analysis and breed of product's competitive powerThe purpose of this article is to supply some methods for the company that's involved in exploitation,production and sale. Do it according to the ideas and methods, the company may strengthen its product's competition.In the second chapter, this paper discuss as product's competitive power in theory. That is customer's value and cost. Customer's value includes product's applicability,workability and timeliness. Customer's cost includes production cost ,management,selling cost,service charge and use cost.In the fourth chapter, we analyse product's competitive power about MP9400. How dose it do from customer's value and cost! We obtain some practiccal experience whether success or failure. Furthermore, we suggest some methods to improve product's competitive power.Finally, we summarize some methods in order to improve product's competitive power for company in China. That is to build on overall quality and cost controlling,we can improve product's competitive power. Furthermore, we must improve product unremittingly.
