Modern Enterprise Management Communication

Management Communication is a key factor to the modern enterprise management, the efficient communication is helpful to promote management level, and ineffective communication means to waste the precious resources. Efficient communication is the key to reducing management cost and boosting management efficiency, enterprises should utilize various communication method of improving communication efficiency so as to promote the efficiency and level of management.This paper has analyzed the thinking, theory and experience of management communication, gave a general introduce of the development and current status of management communication, and further more described in details the application and utility inside enterprise and organization, including: the mode of communication, the method and skill of communication, information orientated communication solution for enterprise.This paper has six chapters in all. The first chapter generalizes the thinking and development at all times and in all over the world, and describes the new features of modern management communication. Chapter II expatiates on each aspect of communication, including: the overall concept of communication, the category of communication, mode of communication, and the relationship between organization structure and communication.Chapter III focuses on the utility of communication that appears in enterprise management, including: interview, written communication, meeting, online meeting. In this chapter more attention is paid to meeting and online meeting, and their respect advantage and disadvantage also has been described for comparison.Chapter IV presents a thorough description of obstacle of communicationand the related factors, and also introduces some method to removing the obstacle. Chapter V mainly discusses the communication skill for company leaders and managers, including praising, criticizing, listening, hint, and humor, and lists out their respect feature and advantage.Chapter VI describes the trend and feature of information oriented management, and points out the advantage by case study. This chapter also brings out the trend for virtual working place and the related advantage with the development of modern Internet networking technology. Finally the disadvantage of information-oriented management is also illustrated out which should be pre-arranged before taking into practice.
