Today, 84 countries have issued one's own antimonopoly law successively in the world.In our country, the antimonopoly law causes people to pay close attention to extensively after reform and opening-up. Making an antimonopoly law becomes an urgent task especially after our country confirmed socialist market economy as reform goal of the economic system. The competition is a foundation of the market economy. Serious monopoly phenomenon is an outstanding problem in economic life at present because of influence of the long-term planning system and some history reason. Breaking the monopoly, Fair competition and raising the efficiency is common voice of the whole society.At present, our country has not an intact and unified antimonopoly law. Domestic study on antimonopoly law is mostly on the basis of comparing with the western antimonopoly law and Combine the actual conditions of our country, then put forward frame and principle of the antimonopoly law that our country makes. Because of the particularity of the political economic system of our country, the academia has disputes in a lot of respects about the thing that the antimonopoly law is made. In addition, the antimonopoly law involves a wide range. So a great deal of reasons cause the antimonopoly law of our country to fail to issue.This paper mainly compares to and analyses two respects that our country makes antimonopoly law.
