China is a country that is experiencing rapid changes in many fields. In the past few years, per capita income has tripled, the standard of living has risen and retail sales have greatly expanded. With the government's push to create a "comfortable living standard", there is a surge in housing developing. For Chinese real estate developing firms, there are opportunities in the construction in the areas where is characterized by low-cost, high-quality housing systems, technology and investment, building materials and professional services. Having established modern enterprises system, the Chinese real estate developers are on the similar platform of operation. The traditional resources integration model is administrative and experienced. In order to get advantages in competition, they must completely change the traditional resources integration model "land+capital"—oriented. At the net society, a new resources integration model appears. The new model integrates land, capital, innovative developing idea and accurate market positioning together. The new model is called netted resources integration model (netted RIM). The netted RIM maybe is one good choice for developing corporation in the new century.The developing corporation in real estate industry is this kind of enterprises whose core business is resources integrator. Vanke corporation's story is a good case. Vanke corporation, as the first band of real estate developing enterprises in China, has devoted more efforts to branding, which has helped to improve the marketability and pricing of projects, and on controlling construction costs without compromising on quality.This paper begins with the study on Vanke's resources integration model from four aspects:(1) Core Strategy Since the restructure of core business, and taking further positive steps to facilitate growth in its core businesses of infrastructure and enabling services, Vanke management team is confident that Vanke's resources integration model is well placed with its focus and sound business strategy to attain profitability in the near future. At the same time, Vanke continues to adhere to its prudent financial management policy, with high interest coverage and low gearing. With its strong management team and the full commitment of shareholders, the corporation will capitalize on its healthy financial position to exploit new investment opportunities at the appropriate time.(2) Strategic Resources: Human resources; Capital resources; Land resources; organizational resources including management and culture with high standards of corporate governance; market-leading position, premium brand &superior customer service; Tech. Resources in design, layout, finishes, clubhouse facilities and management service, to meet customers' aspirations for an ideal home.(3) Customer Relation Management, Investor Relations Management and Staff Career Management.(4) Value Net: Vanke pledges to deliver compelling and competitive services that create value to its customers.Vanke will also emphasize training to equip staff with the skills to deal with business challenges and competition. Together, all this will further strengthen the quality of properties in terms of design, layout, finishes, clubhouse facilities and management service, to meet customers' aspirations for an ideal home. Vanke's story tells us that in order to meet the needs of business In 21st century, interactive tech. and mechanism are indispensable, and In management team, resources including opportunities should have no borders. The netted RIM has a successful past in Vanke, We believe it will have a bright future.
