Rivalry among enterprises bears on people of talent. The key for an enterprise to draw and retain talents lies in whether their abilities can be displayed fully, the employees' contributions acknowledged respectfully and their painstaking endeavor repaid appropriately. All these questions are related to effective management of enterprises. They are the cores crucial to management of enterprises. This thesis, based on the actual needs of enterprises and in reference to internationally advanced concepts on management, intends to discuss such management in our country.To begin with, the thesis introduces the theoretical development in relation to effective management of enterprises and its status quo in our country, analyzes the trend of development towards management of human resources both in state and non-governmental enterprises since implementation of the opening-up policies, compares the advantages and disadvantages of such management in non-governmental enterprises and directs the trend of their development to establishment of a scientific system governing effective management of enterprises. The second chapter concerns itself with a new way to appraise effective performance of enterprises and puts forward the system of effective management. The system is so designed that when it is put into effect, it will reflect what is true to appraisal of effective performance of enterprises, realize enhancement of effective performance of enterprises and bring about benefits for investors. Meanwhile, some necessary proposals are made as regards steps to establish a check-up system on effective performance of enterprises. The third chapter lists a few actual cases relative to the scheme of check-up system on effective performance concerning management of human resources, the reformative scheme for management of human resources in enterprises, process of implementation and way of operation. The chapter also dwells on thescheme of check-up system on effective management. The fourth chapter briefly states problems likely to occur in the scheme of check-up system on effective performance, ways to smooth implementation and questions for attention at the initial stage of reforms on effective performance of enterprises, as well as mistakes and problems likely to occur in future.Student:Directed by...
