Study Of The Employment Problems Of Urban Vulnerable Groups

With the furthering of economy system reform and the progressing of marketing in China, the problem of social vulnerable group is gradually coming out. How to satisfy their demands for jobs has become the hot issues in our country and abroad, as well as one of the most important things which are closely related to the success of reform and what's more, the stably developing of our country.In this thesis, firstly, I gave the definition of vulnerable group and described the characteristics belonging to it. And then I explained why it was very important to study this issue. Secondly, by analyzing the reasons how so much people in economy life slipped down into vulnerable group, I got my research result that vulnerable group could only change its poor state with the help of others outside. In the end, I put forward my suggestions to our government in both macroeconomic strategy and specific policy, which were about how to guarantee their essential life, how to help more vulnerable group people find their jobs and how to ensure their legal privilege in all sides of life.
