Analysis Of Sme Financing Issues

Hard financing of small-and-medium-sized enterprises is the world long-term problem. In our country, this problem is more distinct because of influenced by the special historical background. This study developed some new methods to solve the difficult of hard financing of our country's small-and-medium-sized enterprises.In order to explore how to solve the problems existed in the financing of our country's small-and-medium-sized enterprises, this study fistly cleared the correlated conceptions, put forward the standards of scientifically defining small-and-medium-sized enterprises of our country. Then this study carried out positive analysis on the financing of non-national enterprises and township enterprises representatively in the small-and-medium-sized enterprises of our country. Through above-mentioned analysis, the study clarified the root reasons which caused the problems of present short funds of small-and-medium-sized enterprises. Finally this study put forward such new iead as emphsising financing on high-technology enterprises etc. and used other countrys' experience of financing of small-and-medium-sized enterprises to solve the problems.This study has higher scientific value and instucting practice meaning. Especially when our country's capital market urgently needs to be fostered and perfected, and the theoretical system of the socialist market economy has not been constituted and perfected.
