| When China joining the WTO and deepening the reformation process of medicine, medicine wholesale enterprises in this country intoed a new adjustment period, and had to face to the challenge come from both of the abroad medicine syndicates and the local rivals. How to go throuzgh this a transformation period smoothly, and outshine the others in the competition? The one and only answer is developing Electronic Commerce System to lowering the business cost, optimizing the distribution system, increasing the service efficiency, enhancing the customer's approval with loyalty and strengthening the enterprise's ability of survival and competing. The purpose of this thesis is to find out a method that adapt to medicine wholesale enterprises to develop EC.Through analyzing the outside environment and inside condition of medicine wholesale enterprises, this thesis clearly expounded the necessity of enterprises to develop EC. Then I analyzed the specialty of the EC in medicine wholesale enterprises at development strategy, policy frame, business programming, distribution system, the ability of controlling market and business mode, and bring upped some new methods which could be helpful to EC. Finally, I selected an actual EC item as example, which of a large medicine wholesale enterprise, to explain how to exert the new methods in an EC item.The creative point of this thesis consist in creating the "speedway'' development mode and the "three element system" trade model that adapt to the EC item of medicine wholesale enterprises. And I use the Zone force mode to explain the EC could optimize the traditional distribution system. Finding out the profiting method of the medicine wholesale enterprise's EC item was also innovative. |
