Philosophy And Practice Of The Legal System Of Social Security

Since the eighties of the twentieth century, China's economical structure has greatly changed. As a result, the reform of a series of systems has taken place. Social security system has greatly developed on the condition of market economy. It has adapted to the necessity of assuring the civil living right, stabilizing the social order and promoting economical development.Social security law is an important section of law in Chinese law system, a fine example of the social laws. The concept of social security law is based on the society to disturb the distribution relationship. Its foundation is distribution righteous. Through the adjustment to the social unfairness, the social just and righteous is to be achieved and civil living right is to be protected.Social security has had a history of several hundred years and a relatively complete theoretical setup and system has been formed. China has now set up the social security system, which is 'suitable to the socialism market economy structure. Mainly in the aspect of law, including the methods of economical and social analysis, this thesis is expected to analyze the various kinds of China's social security system, making a research on the important and difficult problems existing in the social security legislation of our country. Meanwhile it has put forth some proper suggestions in the way of constituting the social security legal system, which is characteristic of China.
