The China Post Reorganization Of Enterprise Assets

To reorganize and reconstruct the state owned enterprises(SOEs) and establish a modern enterprise system of "clearly established ownership, well defined poser and responsibility, separation of enterprise from administration, and scientific management" is an inevitable step to meet the requirements of the development of socialized production and market economy. To implement the corporation system and joint stock system is an effective way to achieve this purpose.China' s WTO entry and the global economic integration will lead to keener and crueler competition. So we need to bring up a number of huge enterprise groups and multinational companies that have international competitive power. We need to make full use of the financing channels in capital market and strengthen the competitive ability, technical innovation ability and risk defensive ability of these enterprises. This is an urgent request of our economic policy which is aimed at opening wider to the outside world, enhancing the economic strength and withstanding various challenges and tests of the global economic integration and thus making our country an economic power.Based on a study on the relative theories of the modes used to reconstruct and list the SOEs, this thesis sets forth the ways and methods of the assets reconstruction of China' s Post Service Enterprises after a detailed analysis of the current situation of domestic post service enterprises, the development of the overseas colleagues, the impact on the post service enterprises brought about by the WTO and policy environment of the assets reconstruction.The basic way out for China' s post service enterprises is to separate the administration and the enterprises, establish enterprise groups and list the sound assets, innovate system and mechanism, rapidly improve the competitive power of these enterprises, safeguard and expand domestic market and finally march to the international market thus becoming a global multinational post enterprise group.This paper is going to offer some reference opinions to the solution to this problem.
