Humanistic design is the tide and direction of current enterprise product design.From establishing an EB platform,the paper tried to discuss how to implement humanistic design in CRM(Customer Relationship Management) business mode.Meanwhile,based on the current CRM theory,the paper put forward the conception of broad CRM.Also.combined with business software programming,the paper expounded how to design programme humanisticly in customer side and management side.Knowledge ken covers actionscript programming of network media, Web-based ActiveX component technology,multi-table operation of database,fuzzy sets,fuzzy database,fuzzy match method in fuzzy mathematics,data mining arithmetic of artificial neural networks and so forth.Humanistic design behaved with hypermedia demostration of merchandise,customer on-line call,fuzzy search of merchandise on customer side,manager on-line call and decision support for high level managers on management side and incarnated variously the characteristic of humanistic design in business system.On the basis of it,the system combined with other function modules of customer relationship management compactly and in the end created a virtual business system of comparatively perfect functions on the Web.
