Microscopic Analysis Of The U.s. Venture Capital And China's Modern Enterprise System Reform

The thesis, first, focuses on labor capital from analyses of venture capital in U.S. in micro-economy. Second, it discusses that modern enterprise system signifies developing socialism market economy, and evaluates the present system. Third, it analyses two kinds of theory on reform of the system: the ownership of labor and labor capital. Finally, it analyses disadvantages of the system in China, then discusses ways and method of the reform.
