With the furthering of China's opening to the outside world, it has become a popular topic that Chinese enterprises should elevate their competitive power by way of their management innovations. And CRM, a brand new management model, has won the favor of Chinese enterprises since it enables the business integration of an enterprise on the basis of the requirements of those prospective customers, which is truly beneficial. According to the practicing experience and effect of CRM in some developed countries, it is hardly possible to carry out CRM without the innovation of enterprise culture, which is the source of the development and innovation of an enterprise. The competitive power of an enterprise can only be elevated by way of constructing enterprise culture suited to CRM and promoting CRM through the reformation of ruling values and managerial ideas of an enterprise.
