Financial Strategy Research

The economic society is now going through a transformation from industrial economy to intellectual economy, which consequently make the environment of the enterprise management more competitive and complicated than before. The fittest survives. So the traditional financial management can no longer fit the ever-changing environment with its several drawbacks. And the combination of strategic management with financial management will prove to be the best choice by history. In the thesis the author combines the researching methods of strategic management and financial management (mainly using normative research), systematically relates and analyzes the problems of financial strategy. The author also discusses how to put the financial theory into practice more effectively and how to help enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise so as to achieve its maximal value. When adopting the overall financial strategy, the enterprise should analyze the situation of the trade and the enterprise itself carefully, and choose the most suitable enter, growth, contraction financial strategies based on the subsequent profits and costs of different financial strategies. Fund-raise strategy, investment strategy, cost strategy, and profit strategy are also analyzed respectively based on each function of the finance.
