Transformation is one of permanent issues for one enterprises pursuing for excellence. In the long-lasting market competition without an end,only the enterprises with permanent innovation and the ability to challenge,surmount and renew itself,can keep ahead in the market forever. Otherwise,the only result must be that one lose the vitality and be washed out from the market.During the process of transformation,every kind of impetus and resistance will occur. Therefore,in the variable market surroundings,the key point of making a successful enterprise should be the ability how to form the renewal impetus as well as to keep a balance state between the impetus and resistance. As a result,it is necessary to study the about this problem in detail. Although lot of researches have been done in the past,relatively little studies has been reported on the investigation of the systemic analysis and controlling mechanism of renewal impetus and resistance for a successful enterprises,which is a very important point for managing the modern enterprises.In a practical case,it is very important to find a suitable theory that can be applied to diagnose and control the impetus and resistance effectively. This thesis has been aimed to solve this assignment. Thus,imputes and resistance as well as their relation have been studied and discussed simultaneity based on summarization of previous studies. Also,the mechanism about how to manage and control the impetus and resistance effectively has been discussed in detail. Then,a system dynamics model containing the impetus and the resistance has been proposed and their relationships have been checked. Finally,systematic practical steps,which can be applied to adjust the impetus and resistance occurred in a transformation enterprises,have been proposed based on the above results. |
