| How to take advantage of the opportunities and meet the challenges brought by WTO entry is an urgent and practical problem. Based on the aims and principles of WTO, this dissertation analyzes China's rights and duties after WTO entry, dissects the status quo and competitiveness of Henan's industry facing WTO, puts forward some countermeasures of rejuvenating industrial competitiveness in Henan province, combining witli industrial economic, public administration, international trade and regional economic.The author believes that China's rights after WTO entry are opportunities for China, while China's duties after WTO entry are challenges. Facing W1O, we can realize that henan's industry corporations have some opportunities, but also have some disadvantages. In order to take advantage of opportunities, meet the challenges and rejuvenate Henan's industry, it is necessary to reengineer government, adjust foreign trade Strategy, readjust and upgrade industrial structure, reform state-owned corporations, improve investment environments according the principles of WTO. |
