Incentive Mechanism For Research And Design

There exist some flaws in the Incentive mechanisms for every enterprise, which seems to be equipped with such systems. In the light of these, this thesis, by exploiting such incentive-mechanism-related theories, important notwithstanding, as labor-resource management, information economics, and management science and by taking full advantage of the method of system analysis, studies in detail the previous incentive mechanism of the Kunming Pharmaceutical Corporation and then advances innovations for its further improvement. This paper is intended to probe and establish a new set of incentive systems which are expected to enable Yunnan Medical and Pharmaceutical industries to gain competitiveness in the era of knowledge economy and in the process of economic globalization. This thesis, based on concrete data concerning the above corporation and supported by established evidence, will be of practical value to any enterprise which is handicapped in this respect.
