On Expansion Of Domestic Demand Constraints And Countermeasures

Currently extending domestic demand is one hot topic, which is widely noticed by people of all circles with many statements and researches in academia. In recent years, our government adopts a train of macroscopic readjustment and control policies, and implements active fiscal policy and stable monetary policy. These policies have given rise to satisfactory result with great achievements to be the focus of world attention. In circumstances of global economic growth slowed down, Chinese economy has grown rapidly with the style of its own colors, which is acclaimed by the world. But, there also exist some constraint factors in extending domestic demand. It will be a practical and significant topic for us to probe into causes and couritermeasures of deficient domestic demand as an efficient path.This text has a fundamental estimation towards our operating status of macro-economy and draws a conclusion of deficient domestic demand through analysis of the performance achieved by the policies and measures of extending domestic demand adopted by our government since 1998. And then, it analyses the constraint factors of further extending domestic demand and puts forward countermeasures and proposals of further extending domestic demand. The influence upon our economical operation, agriculture and employment after entrance of WTO has been analyzed in the text.The article has been divided into four parts. In the first part, correlative theoretical system has been stated) In the second part, I analyze and comment on the performance achieved by our government with the help of the policies and measures of extending domestic demand. And in the third portion, the constraint factors will be discussed in detail for extending domestic demand. In the last portion, the countermeasures and proposals will be put forward for further extending domestic demand.The innovative point is that the article entirely and clearly analyses the causes and features of expanding domestic demand at a different angle and offers methods and proposals of solving the problems with the discussion of the influence after the entrance of WTO.
