The New Century Development Of Sino-us Economic And Trade Relations Countermeasures

The economy and trade relationship between China and America began with the economic communication of the two world level countries. Since the cold war ended, it changed into bilateral economy and trade relationship between the two biggest countries in the world, one is the most developed capitalist country, the other one is the greatest socialist developing country. It enjoys the most complicated and typical relationship to which no other countries can compare. From the point of view of the development of the Sino-America economy and trade since the liberation of China, the development strategy of the bilateral economy and trade relation between China and America in the new century was discussed based on the study of the characteristics, problems exited and its deep reasons of the Sino-America economy and trade, under the guide of new economic theories from microcosmic and microscopically view. It is of important theoretic significant and practical value to open a new era for the sustainable, stable, healthy development of Sino-America economy and trade.The main results and significance of this paper are as follows.l.By study on the half century's development and present situation of the Sino-America economy and trade, its strategic appraisal was comparative completely, systematically and tentatively produced for the first time and the basic position and strategic support of the relationship between the two countries were revealed. Meanwhile, the political and economic factors which cause the new changes of the relation were explained and that the Sino-America economy and trade as a strategic support for the two countries is fragile was also advanced in the paper.2. The main obstacles that may in the way of the development of Sino-America economy and trade for the time being and for the future were systematically discussed. For the first time from the point of view of compare the difference of strategies selection from both sides, the strategies selection especially the difference of the economic strategies that affect the relations between Sino-America economy and trade were discussed and at the same time the complexity that formed the hinders of Sino-America economy and trade was analyzed systematically from the point of view of the differences of strategies, cold war consciousness, social systems, thinking culture and ideology, international relations and domestic political struggle inside U.S. and the enantiotropic diversity of the economy and politics between Sino-America relationship and the compound multiplicity of the national relations were reveled. Thus provided the theoretic supports for setting the strategies for the development of Sino-America economy and trade.3. Thus, the strategic study in this paper under the guide of comparative advantages theory and the gambling theory changed the present study which has no theories basis before, was propitious to overcome the unreasonable optimistic or passive ideas in the predict of the development prosperity of Sino-America economy and trade in the new centuryand provided necessary theoretical supports and practical application significance for conceivingthe strategies and countermeasure to hoist the development of Sino-America economy and traderelations.
