Analysis Of Gem Information Disclosure System

This thesis is about Disclosure System of the Chinese Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) in the future. It was composed of three sections .In the first section, definition, nature of disclosure and two theories were mentioned. The two theories are "Efficient Capital Markets" and "Adverse Selection". What kind of relation between the theories and the fact was analyzed in the thesis. And we found that the institutional limitation was a important problem which is restricting the development of Chinese Capital Market. The institutional limitation was not only existed in the Capital Market but also in the whole economic system. The section two is about the disclosure status of the original market. Both the first and second section provided a basis for the analysis of the disclosure of GEM. In the section three, I put forward some constructive advices about disclosure from reference to our original capital market and some GEMs in other countries or areas, which were already existed.
