Enterprise Credit Evaluation Theory Is A Preliminary Study

Credit rate revealing the credit information of economic subjects, solve the problem of asymmetric information between investors and enterprise runners and normalize the enterprise runners' management activities. It has great help to the construction of society credit system. Experts point out that we are now in a period of credit destruction and rebuilding, and the situation of credit is worrying.The development and the research of credit rate in our country are quite slow. Alone with our country's entrance to WTO, enterprises' transnational management, development of venture capital, and internationalization of capital circulation demand to build up the credit rate system linking with the world. The thesis analyze the credit environment of enterprise and correct the present enterprise credit rate system with the property right factors and give some suggestions for the development of credit rate in our country. Four parts are enclosed in the thesis.Part one is the theoretical base of the thesis. Which introduces the general knowledge of credit rate and the current situation of credit rate at home and abroad.Part two is the transition in this thesis. The view of game theory is applied to analyze the enterprise credit activity. The affect to the improvement of enterprise credit environment by using the credit rate is raised.Part three is the important part in the thesis. Basic on the introduction of content and index system of present enterprise credit rate, the important effect of property right to the behavior and credit of an enterprise is analyzed. A new point is offered that giving credit rate to an enterprise, the property right situation of the enterprise should be concerned.Part four is the end of the thesis. Poses the shortcomings in domestic credit rate and suggestions to developing our credit rate.It is the good time to research credit rate. I wish the thesis may be practicable to quicken the study and application of it.
