Science and technology are sword of two blades.Technology of computer information has not only made social productivity liberated greatly, also made the living style of human being changed greatly, at a time, has brought about new negtive effect to society where we lived.The crime on network, the twin brother of civilization of computer network has brought about a serious social problem. ALL individuals of having crime behavior on computer network are young people who have some certain scientific and cultural knowledge. The crime on network of young people has become the main body of crime on network and has had the tendency of increasing and spreading. Nowadays international society has attached great importance to it. For the neseareheson crime on network are pist constrained by general behavior at home and abroad at present and we have little special and deep researches on young behaliors.This paper will discuss the means of prevention on the researches of young crime on network as special active body and on the basis of analizing the reasons of young crime on network, which has operative funtion and effective ness for a given period of time.The purpose of this paper will theoretically lead the problem of crime on network into a profound level, have some careful nesearches on it, and have a dignose to young crime on network from social and law angle. So much so that it will contribute a good revelation for strengthening the moval education of computer network and cultural and legal constracture of computer network.
