| Regarding to the traditional management mode inside the enterprises, business reconstruction is a fundamental transform. The reconstruction project is not only the new developing tendency for global business management in 21 century but also the necessary road for Chinese companies' passing by during the reforming process. Our national enterprises now come into a crucial moment for their surviving and developing. Therefore, running the enterprise reconstruction project seems to be very necessary no matter concerning the changes of the management mode and the business environment for the domestic enterprises or the national policies and the business management innovation rules. This dissertation, starting from this idea, gives a systematic analysis and research on the guiding thoughts, the content, the process and the final result of the specific business reconstruction in Chinese enterprises basing on the relevant theories and case studies.In the first and second chapter of this dissertation the author emphasizes the practical magnificence and the necessity of the theme discussion. At the same time thedissertation also introduces the researching object------the general introduction of theMetallurgy Company of the Liaoning Anshan Tieta Group. In the third chapter the author gives a review of the meaning of the reconstruction concept and its historical background and then puts forward the idea why it is necessary to run this project from five aspects, business strategy, business transform, business scale, the inside environment and production and management. The fourth chapter focuses on introducing the guiding thoughts and the theory content of the business reconstruction in the Angang Metallurgy Company, and clarify the guiding thoughts which are "talents as the basis, customers as the priority, and business innovation". The contents of the reconstruction concept are as follows: business concept, business management, behavior rules, work evaluating and encouraging system, hi the fifth chapter the process of the company's reconstruction and the forming of the final solution are reviewed in details. The sixth chapter particularly describes reconstruction result of the company: stating the unique business concept and the management strategy of the company; the new definition and planning of the company's right distribution, lawperson management level and its running system; the redesigning of the business organization and the channel for staff flowing; the specific requirements for the staffs behaviors; the redesigning and confirming the complete "business standards" with emphasizing the measuring problem during the system's running; the redesigning of the encouraging system from three aspects, idea encouraging, interest encouraging and target encouraging. Last a brief conclusion is drawn about the business reconstruction and the reconstruction prospect is then explored through the above case study. |
