Job Management And Job-based Information Systems Research

Activity-Based Management is a new management method in the field of enterprise management, and the Activity-Based Information system, which is the implementation tools of ABM, is also a new kind of Information System.This paper mainly discusses the following two fields: firstly we analysis the emerging background of ABM, compare it with other advanced management methods, points out the importance of ABM to the modern enterprise. Based on the Activity-Based Costing, we give the model and formula to compute the cost of an organization. We also try to use ABM in the field of Supply Chain Management, forward a model of optimize the supply chain. Secondly, we analysis the subsystems which make up an ABIS, how to utilize data Warehouse technology ^ Data Navigation technology and Business Modeling technology in an Activity-Based Business Intelligence, and we also discuss the 7 ways in ABIS implementation.
