China's Money Supply Relationship Between Endogenous, Exogenous Deflation - Related Research

It goes throgh a long time to argue problem of endogenous monetary suppiy and exogenous monetary supiY. But studies of academic circles about it have not yet breakthrough in Postkeynesian endogenous theories and Monetarist exogenous opinions, don' t yet put this issue into open economy. Unavoidably previous relative doctrines exist more or less mistakes and oversights. Since midyear in 1997 , macroeconomic conditions produce decrease of growth rate of money, deprectation of price levels and decline of growth rate of economy , etc . So economics circles pay attention to these phenomena and debate about whether deflation occur in economy , what cause deflation, exogenous or endogenous reason , and so on. However, views of point on deflation are different.if we observe various points of view on deflarion we undifficultly find out these standpoints were from endogenous monetary suppiy to analyse problem of deflation, but oversaw or denied exogenous reasons of formative mechanism of deflation , meanwhile , didn' t link supply of endogenous money and supply of exogenous money to deflation to explore systmaticly, thereby effected comprehensive recognization on deflation.Seeing that above - mentioned various views and defects , this article tries to regard deflation "monetary phenomenon~~ as"theoretical pivot"and takes advantage of correlative of exogenous and endogenous monetary supply as theoretic gap, correct theories of exogenous and endogenous monetary supply precedingly ,through erection of mathematic modles and usage of deduction and positive analytic methods, profoundly explore in our country deflation phenomenon and theories that have been not yet deeply studied . This article involves? on primary theories of supply of exogeous and endogenous money, ? formative reasons, definition and classification of endogenous and exogenous deflation, 0 staged characters of monetary supphy in our country, 0 reason analyses and formative mechanism of endogenous and exogenous deflation in our country, 0 to mention simply from exogenous finance institution reformation todeflation control.-3--Goals of this article are as follow: Through dialectical analyses of correlative relationship of endogenous, monetary supply to deflation, we make clear the two relationship and deepen recongnization of this problem, enrich money and macroeconomics theories, meanwhile, put forward to methods of counter - deflation in order control deflation in our own country.
