The Role Of Entrepreneurs In China's Economic Development

As enterprisers belong to a kind of rare resource,their functions and features determine the indispensible factor to a country's economic devel-opment,and their numbers and qualities decide the country's position in the world economy.In the short20years of reform and opening outside,enterprisers have displayed their important force not to be ignored in the e-conomic development.However,the enterpriser mechanism needs perfect-ing and their functions have not been fully exerted.Therefore,this arti-cle,through demonstration,analyzes what functions Chinese enterprisers play in economic development as well as the existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to make them play their full roles. Six parts are included in the article.PartⅠ,Introduction,mainly concerns the backgrourd of choosing subject,the significance of the re-search on the functions and roles of enterprisers in the economic develop-ment,and the explanation of its thinking and frame.Part Two analyzes the general theories on enterprisers,and introduces the understanding of this word"enterpriser"by domestic and foreign scholars.It is followed by personal viewpoints on the current differences of the implication.In addi-tion,detailed analysis and exposition are made about the enterprisers' fea-tures and mechanism.Part Three and Part Four mainly discuss the func-tions and roles of Chinese ecterprisers who not only have ordinary func-tions as enterprisers,but also possess some special functions in the specific Chinese historic conditions.On the one hand,Chinese enterprisers have===================...
