Analysis Of The Stock Option Incentive System

This thesis focuses on the establishment of the stock-option incentive system in china, which is one of great significance to the reform and development of chinese enterprises. In the first part , the author demonstrates theoretical basis and the key point of the stock-option system. Then ,comparing with the system adopted in U.S.A, the author summerizes the experiences and lessons we have got during trial implementation of the stock-option incentive system in China, and expounds the features and incentive effects of the system. Basing on the analysis of the salary system of chinese listed company, the author also discusses the necessities of the adoption of the stock-option incentive system and the obstacles and difficulties existed in the implementation of that system. in the end, the author probes into the stock-option plan for the chinese listed companies in the second stock market and puts forward proposals and solutions to many problems need solving in the carrying of the stock-option incentive system.
