Fully maneuvering and developing the initiative and creativeness of clerks then gaining the optimal effectiveness in work , As a result, guaranteeing to put object of enterprise management. The private enterprise became large in scale after initial fighting stage, nevertheless , the inconsistency between large enterprise and small mechanism will become more and more clear with the enlargement of enterprise scale . Family management system will not be adapted to the new conditions . Therefore , we need to build an effective , scientific principle to inspire and hold in the clerks in order to maneuver clerk potential in uttermost . As a result them can create more and more value for their enterprise . In present paper , we research this question against the clerk prompting principle of Dalian Longda Construction CO.,LTD. .Through the investigation to the clerk requirement of this company, We find out the clerk superior requirement and the gap need to be gratified According to above , We analyse the clerk prompting principle of this company , and give some advises to improve this principle. Concluding , the development of an enterprise depend on the initiative and creativeness of her clerks .
