With the establishing of our countrys socialist marketoriented economy structure and our country is going to join WTO, there exist fundament change in enterprises management enviroment. Product sales have transformed from sells markets of the past to buyers markets of today. Under the market riented economic conditions which full of rapidly development and increasingly fierce competition, how to apply modern marketing methods and tactics to enlarge products market possess rate and improve economic benefits, has become the main problem which brings to almost all entrepreneurs attention. Therefore, in the long run, researching marketing tactics will play a more and more important role in enterprise managnent. The article completely analyses the present state and forecast the development of special purpose vehicle product arket at home and abroad by applying the market competition theory and the method of uniting theory with practice with a great deal of market survey and data. Analysing of domestic numerous competitors, and the businesss product construction, development ability, productive capacity and marketing situation, the article sums up the present contra dictions and problems, and raises the opportunities and challenges. Based on these practices above, the article does complete research to the marketing tactics of the special purpose vehicle of the company by using modern marketing theories and methods. Moreover, through markets fingly dividing and target markets establishing, especially appliying the pview, the article puts forward various kinds of marketing tactics.
